RR Memorial

Hi all,
I saw Randy about six weeks before he died - Detroit (Feb

- and now live about 1 hr from his gravesite. I decided to go to the memorial today.

Excellent. Thanks for sharing those pics. Is one of those flower arrangements from Ozzy? Seems like I remember Ozzy sent the cross or the polka dot V flowers every year. Man, you got those up quick.

Pic #19 is from Ozzy.
The family was giving out posters today, I didn't have time to stay to get one but I'm sure we will see one soon.

Yeah, they were up quick! Before the memorial ended I believe (if I've got my time zone maths correct!!)

Thanks for the WARM welcome everyone. I have lurked this site a lot.
I can remember almost the whole day (feb 8 -82) from how cold it was that day to the ride to COBO hall. My friends mom made him put vasilin on his lips so they wouldn't chap in the cold, his teen years changed forever after that day lol.
And if you have never seen RR live, the only thing I can say is close your eyes and think of every pic you have ever seen of him and that is how I remember the show.
Hope that made some sense.
