..Wow...You have Randy's tone almost perfectly there, thats awesome, the playing is helluva nice too! I liked those fills you threw in during Mr.Crowley, your tone on Crazy train is just brilliant , Seriously! *jealous*

Good job :)

What Guitar(s) did you use?

EDIT:...Link worked fine for me :?

thank you for the kind words i hope that the others will be as receptive lots of very good players here!! the guitar i used is my black jackson randy rhoads neckthru see the post "my jackson randy rhoads here today "in the general colum the amp is a steve vai legacy series from carvin and running thru one 4x12 cabinet/w jensen 100w speakers effect is just a digitech rp100 running compressor eq ,chourus and delay and stadium reverb..those songs were just quickie 1 takes cuz i was in a hurry i'll clean them up later and then u can see what it really sounds like when i practice alittle. i know on "crazy "i got the main song track too far back but that was right after i figured the whole mp3 recording console and mixer thing out and i was wanting to post something!!! anything just to get on here!!!

I like that a lot dude. The solo is fluid and each note echoes with passion. Reminds me of Randy. I can tell you put a lot of time into your guitar and it shows. If thats unpolished, I'd hate to hear it polished lol.

You get a nice tone from your set up Kevin!... and nice aggressive attack too.

I llike the way you really go at some of the bends. It sounnds like you are putting all of your personality in there.
There is soomething very rock and roll the way you just kind of go for it in all your solos. Cool playing.

Matt

Great tone, Kev! I saw in Putfile that you used the Vai Legacy. Is it the combo or the stack?
