Title says it all. I'm looking to resurrect this place in honor of Randy Rhoads. Nothing wrong with facebook or any other website. Time to let the past go and keep hope for the future and keep his memory alive!

yea it is but facebook has taken over the world..good place for pics but all the info is usually horribly wrong.

Best info out of facebook lately is that Randy was working on Cavatina in the pics backstage from 2-23-82 el paso gig where he is playing his classical guitar in the mirror.

You can find new shots on facebook time to time. I agree, a bunch of info gets inaccurate there. Also a ton of photos were uploaded here originally and now brought back on face book to new fans so people dont know. A bunch I bought over years and uploaded here originally. A lot of the FB sites copy each other and post the same photos. The El Paso backstage info on what he was practicing from it, Opus60 #3 etude in tab was cool plus the maker of the guitar Jeronimo Pena Fernandez.

nevertheless this is still the best place with info. regarding RR and almost decade ago, when i joined this community my experience of music completely changed...

The facebook fan dedicated sites have so many casual fans submitting info that i have read inaccuracies though most just go there too look at the photo buzzsaw. What was nice here was a discussion about an event or fact and if something was inaccurate it could be caught and corrected. I think that led to people learning a lot about him that was factual and correct.

I've been lurking a lot myself lately. Its nice to see others posting again. I'd still be interested in applying a mobile friendly theme to this site if Smirn would approve.

I still check in here every so often. Been working on my Fairbanx Ozzy/Randy tribute resin figurine. I've had it since it came out in 96 or so. I want it to be nice, so I'm taking a lot of time with it. Still a Randy fan....................
