I haven't listened to everyone's solos on this site, but I've heard enough to know that there are some fantastic players here...and it's always made me a little hesitant to post something. But here goes...

I really enjoyed your version. You just made it sound so easy, hense it sounded like I think it should...just uncomplicated and straight to the point.

Also really liked the sound you got!
Welcome to the solo's thread ha ha

Matt

Just having a good listen to eveybodies solos. I got through pretty much everyones.

Your Goodbye To Romance really caught my attention. I think the way you play it is very languid yet stylish and with feel. It has made me see something different in a solo I have heard hundreds of times.

Hi JT

That Crazy Train really grabs me. You have such good restraint and really know when to let go and hold back.

Such a cool collection of clips 8) Really great playing.

Matt

Thanks everyone. I hope to get something else up eventually.
...and Kevin must have known that even if I don't watch the current game shows, I'm old enough to at least get the 'big wheel' reference.

Well, I finally got a nylon string guitar. I'm not a classical player, but I like the sound (and I have weak fingers from playing light gauge electric strings for so long ) so I wanted to try recording with it. End of Winter was originally written for the RRcd with a nylon string in mind, but recorded with electric, because that's what I had. Corcovado is just a song I like and wanted to learn.
