There's one on eBay if you get tired of waiting.
Looks like they butchered the rear trem route pretty good though.
Looks like he screwed the trem claw in all the way and then routed wherever the block happened to be at the time. I don't even think the trem is functional anymore. It doesn't even look like it has room to move.

Maybe I'll email them again, or just wait it out. If i wait and don't hear back I'm out $50. But if i go the other route, who knows if i will actually receive it HAHA.

When i last emailed them they claimed to have been really backed up and That's why they were taking so long. So I'm not sure what's up right now lol.

I'm remembering the pic they sent you and I'm thinking there really wasn't all that much more that needed to be done at that time. That was several weeks ago. *?

I see your point though ...
I'm also thinking, what happens if it's discovered going through customs?
Do you loose the guitar and your money? I dunno. I guess that's the chance we take.

Guess who emailed me?

I didn't even bug then about it this time, they sent a message expressing their deep apologies for making me wait and sent a bunch of pictures with it. I'll upload some when i get the chance.

Next step is biting that bullet HAHA

After about a month or so of "What if I don't receive this thing?" I actually received it!!

After knowing what to expect, I honestly expected a lot worse. The tuners are terrible haha, the tremolo is...I've seen worse honestly. Frets, are not in bad shape...But will probably go over those anyway. Pick ups are very meh, considering I've never heard of Wilkinson before. The wiring and orientation is all whacky and backwards. One of the volume knobs and pots is crooked. Basically, I've got some work a head of me. But I am down for anything.

Congrats!
I suggest doing what I did ...
Strip the guitar of all electronics and hardware and throw it all in the trash.
Like you, I expected a lot worse but aside from having to level the frets and do a little work on the nut, I found the craftsmanship was actually pretty decent. I also really like the neck carve and the ebony fretboard. The guitar has a lot potential to be a great player. Mine plays and sounds REALLY good.

Congrats again!
Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you with your makeover. :D
