Bots are automated malware programs, not actual members or people. They attempt to gain control over an affected computer. Computers that are infected with a 'bot' are used to execute DoS (denial-of-service) attacks against Web sites, host phishing attack Web sites or send out thousands of spam email messages.

It is not uncommon to see Bots attempting to phish for data on forums and message boards, but if you have antivirus programs that you keep up to date (you do have antivirus, right? ) then they're not something that should raise any great concern for you.

That being said, you cannot contact them, Demon, since they are, in essence, zombie computers. :D

No need to be scared. Just don't ... look ... directly ... at them.

They are just what their names suggest they are....they are the 'spiders' of the the respective search engines: Google, MSN and Yahoo. 'Spiders' also called 'Bots' continuously crawl the Web (internet) to keep their search results always updated with the most latest and freshest webpages. And RR.tk is no different. That's all the googlebot, msnbot, and yahoobot are.....no big deal.

Sure there are bots that may have malicious intent, such as vruses or malware, etc. But that's not what these are. :)

I would guess that the bot's are how the site hack was reported to google, and now the warning shows, regardless of infection.
