Well, he played it a few times in '83-'84. They played it at Leicester, England on 11/10/83, but one month later I have a Stockholm audio boot from 12/6/83 and it's not in that show. It is in an audio boot I have from the Tokyo show on 6/29/84, but they did not play it at LeBourget, France two months later on 8/29/84.

So, it was hit-and-miss as to when they played it -- not a regular part of the setlist.

I'd like to know the history behind the writing of that song, it sounds really good and I wonder if Randy had some part in it with Don Airey, etc.

i read somewhere that randy didn't have anything to do directly with the song, but he was the main influence behind it.

i believe they wrote it with randy's memory in mind. i think they tried to make it sound reminiscent of randy rhoads, without trying to make it sound too much like one of his songs.
